Goals

THE FUTURE:

A steady new future begins for Arts Street in 2012, as the organization moves into a permanent studio space, called the Accelerator, that will allow youth and Arts Street members to increase their marketable skills : Via creative workshops, studio time and internships guided by artists, the community and mentors to explore art and technology. To develop critical thinking skills by building on a natural interest in the visual, performing and media arts. And to investigate such subjects as: cognitive media, socially-conscious video games and the parallels between arts and technology as communication.
